Alpha Prowler Sled

The Alpha Prowler Sled is the go-to functional piece of equipment in gyms today as not only does it let you build explosive power and strength, but provides a great conditioning workout too. A prowler is typically used to develop legs, hips and core strength making it a firm favourite for many as it can be used during solo workouts, team situations and competitions.

The prowler sled can be used either indoors or outdoors, on a variety of different surfaces to build on an athlete's all-around physical conditioning with push, pull and speed training exercises. The skis on the bottom of the prowler ensure a smooth motion across any surface even when using heavy weights.

The Prowler comes with two detachable vertical poles that allow users to adjust their centre of gravity to target different muscle groups. The front of the prowler has a low bar which allows users to push back along a track without turning the sled and a hook, harness or strap can be put around the bar to pull the sled, allowing for a more versatile workout.
