The ExoForm Abdominal comes with the expected high durability of all Impulse equipment, but with ExoForm's improved cable and belt drive designs. This means less equipment down time and more enjoyment from each piece of the range.

An easy way to train your abs is with the use of an abdominal machine. Training abdominal muscles can improve your posture and stability by strengthening the muscles around the spine.

Abdominal machines add extra resistance that you can't get from bodyweight ab workouts alone, making your abs work harder. Although abdominal machines can't guarantee six-pack abs, with regular use and combination with other exercises (and of course, a healthy diet), the user will be able to see a vast difference in their core strength.
