Impulse IF93 Dual Abdominal and Back Extension Machine

The Impulse IF93 Abdominal and Back Extension machine allows users to train muscle groups in the lower back, lats, and abdominal regions. After choosing an appropriate weight and seated position, users choose whether they wish to workout their ab or back muscle groups by changing the starting position of the body pad. Starting with the body pad in front of the user allows abdominal crunches to be performed, but starting with the body pad behind the back allows back extensions to be performed. The seat pad, foot support, and body pad can all be adjusted to accommodate users of different sizes. It also features dual handles for extra grip on either side of the seats.

The Abdominal and Back Extensions machine is specifically designed for entry level studios and commercial gyms and offers a complete functional package that is easy to maintain. Standardised parts are made of medium carbon steel, while the ergonomic padding is made of polymer and foam materials. The main frame is coated with environmentally friendly materials helping reduce scratching and increase corrosion resistance.

Specially designed pads have different angles to allow them to suit different users to target muscles with greater effect through a full range of motion. Using this type of machine can be more comfortable than bodyweight exercises and the ergonomically designed handlebars made of TPV materials make it more comfortable and safer to use.
