- 8 stainless steel weight storage pegs for storing plates and keeping them close by for quick changes during sets. Best for our urethane plates.
- 2 spotter arms to allow you to perform heavy lifts with confidence.
- 2 J-hooks
- 28 racking positions at 60mm distance which allows for a whole host of starting positions.
- The feet have pre-drilled holes for securing rack to the floor if needed.
Is a half rack right for you? Half racks are suitable for experienced lifters who want to progress their heavy lifting. It is also the perfect piece of equipment for a home gym due to it's versatility. You can perform a multitude of compound movements within the rack - meaning that you can workout multiple muscles at once and thus getting more bang for your buck! And unlike a power cage, you can perform overhead movements within it. Add in a multi-adjustable weight bench to be able to extend the repertoire of your lifts!
