It is the perfect tool for building muscle mass through a range of exercises including the bench press, shoulder press, and upright rows. It features a smooth mechanism that recreates a realistic free weight movement, 8 safety catchers, and integrated storage pegs to keep gym spaces tidy and safe.

Suitable for lifters of all experience levels this type of strength machine allows the user to lift heavily in a safe manner. No spotter is required as the bar twists to secure in place making it great for home workouts where you can push hard without fear of failure. Injury risk is also reduced as the machine works on a single plane of motion reducing the use of stabiliser muscles helping to isolate bigger muscle groups in the process.
